Looking for a miracle morning partner

Hey, I guess we all know that the best way to change our lives is to change our morning routines. 

I am from Dhaka Bangladesh and just completed my A levs, and now in vacation 

I am looking for someone who would want to be my partner and buddy in following the hal erods miracle morning routine

If you don't know what that is , basically it involves following the 6 most effective self improvement techniques. They include, excercise, reading writing, affirmations, visualisation,and meditation done in the first hour of your morning to kick the day.


Basically, if you are in from the south east Asian region, maybe we can start doing this morning routine together and if you are from Bangladesh , then It would be even better to join me.


I Know a lot of the people here maybe suffering from, procrastination, anxiety loneliness and whatnot and to find someone who would will be willing to wake up at 5 is almost impossible 😂


But by doing so you would be changing your life for the better. I am not on social media and I hope I can have someone from here to join me and I am really excited if I can find someone.


It's really difficult to doing things alone.

Also If you want to talk your heart out , I am vacation and really bored now and since I am not on social media I have bunch of free time, so feel free to ask if something is bothering you

@sympatheticLand8268 sorry for the late reply. I am not sure we could organize times zones EST and my schedule is very tight but i want to share what helps me.

I have done 5 minutes Tai Chi on youtube. There are 8 modules of 5 minutes each.  I do Adriennes complete beginner yoga or if I want something more challenging, I do Palouse yoga on youtube. Hope you have a good vaca.
