@humorousWest6200 To lose a parent so young must be so devastating<3 I can understand how challenging this all must be. I hope you find a lot of support and care here and in the outside world as well.

I'm proud of you for reaching out and wanting to find ways that help you move forward. Everyday will be a learning experience even those days where the pain is too much. It can be helpful to focus of self care while you go through the process of finding a balance again. Write your thoughts, talk to people, see new places, join grief group if you can (7 Cups has a Grief & Loss community too). Sharing the pain of loss helps the heart feel heard and understood. Know that you're not alone in this journey of healing<3

@humorousWest6200 Losing a loved one can be devastating, especially when you are young, and asking for advice in of itself is one step on the journey to help yourself as an individual. I understand what it's like to lose someone close to you. We will always be here when you need someone to talk to, often times speaking to someone can help, and check the grief group when your available to.

Just know you're not alone
