Hi,

I am a survivor of CPTSD and the trauma makes it difficult for me to make friends. I am looking for friends here who themselves are survivors of trauma. Writing this invitation too has had its share of discomfort, but I need this.

Something about me: I like reading, Yoga, gardening and music. I am almost reaching my 4th decade on this planet in a few years, though trauma doesn't make you age much. I like writing a lot. And want people to connect with on this journey of healing.

@Romona789789 hi I'm lola ❤ I'm really struggling with cptsd too. Outside cups I don't really have any friends. Trauma just kinda consumes my life, it's really hard
