Boundaries Guide

Overview (Cloud & Townsend, pp. 24-25)

The inability to set appropriate boundaries at appropriate times with the appropriate people can be very destructive. People who struggle with boundary setting often feel as though nothing is working. Trying hard isn’t working. Being nice out of fear isn’t working. Taking responsibility for others isn’t working. If it is hard for you to set limits with others and you desire to take ownership of your life, this guide on boundaries will be beneficial to you. There are 4 lessons within this guide that have been adapted from Cloud and Townsend (2008).
