...See more Sometimes the morning just looks grey and feels heavy. Without a motivating force, we might not even want to get out of bed. Hope is something you can cultivate yourself. Of course, some living conditions can make it harder, there is no doubt about it. Something that helps me to get up and face the day with hope is thinking about one thing or task during the day that gives me pleasure like for example doing something new in my garden or knowing this is the day I will finish a work which took some time.
