I'm a stay at home, even though my babies are now 18. I enjoy yoga, Tarot (metaphysics in general) reading, sharing time with my family and friends, meditation and spending time alone in peaceful quietness (although getting my brain to shut down can be a challenge). My absolute favorite book is Eat, Pray, Love; I've read the book and watched the movie more times than I can count.
I also suffer from severe anxiety, stress and depression which has affected my whole life: body, mind and spirit. I would love nothing more than to be truly happy from the inside out. I know I can get there even if the task seems extremely daunting at the moment.
