...See more So, my ex cheated on me in our bed. I found everything out 3 weeks after he dumped me. The worst thing is that he made me believe he loved me and wanted us to keep the joint account, after we broke up. All that while he was bringing someone to our house when I was at work. He painted himself as this poor, lost soul so that he could use me and manipulate my feelings for him. I'll be seeing him constantly since we're in the same grad program. I hate him with all my being, but I want to appear completely indifferent. I want to ignore him completely because I will never let him have power over me again. Any tips on how to control my negative emotions? I am full of rage and fire. Thanks for all your help!
