...See more i honestly don't know how i started or where i got the idea, but i just did. and i think initially i did it because i liked the idea of feeling some sort of relief. after a few days thought i really did start feeling something. sometimes i knew i was filled with so much pain but i couldn't feel anything. i just felt so numb and all i wanted was to feel something even if it was physical. and it helped. in so many ways. and for people on the outside, for people that don't do it, it looks like a big deal. honestly i don't see it as a big deal anymore. it just feels like it is what it is and it helps. and not a lot of things help.
