...See more All my life I have never cared about my feelings. Now as I don't work and started listening to myself, I found out I actually have lots of negative feelings. I don't even realize what exactly I feel, I just know that it is painful to feel it. Tell me please how do you work with your feelings / emotions, how do you free your body of what you feel? I know therapy is a good way, but I can't effort it now.
