Hello, If you would like to talk to someone who cares about others and is non-judgemental and happy to help, then you may find me worthy to talk to. I have a lot of life experience to offer and I have also had my own ups and downs. Many times it helps just to speak to a fellow human being who can understand your situation. My interest to help others comes from the sense that life can be very difficult at times and we cannot always do it all on our own, we need each other. Things I enjoy that are important to me - my time with my family, my spiritual life, hiking, exercising, reading non-fiction and politics.
