...See more Hello all, It's my birthday today. I was feeling sad since the morning. Then I realized it is part of growing up and having mixed emotions. So I did cry, texted my therapist about my feelings, learned from youtube that what I am feeling is normal and talked to a listener here at 7 cups to feel better. The day is not over yet, I have a dinner reservation with my family and just leanred that the much anticipated dress that I bought online is coming sooner than I thought!! I would say it is a good birthday as all feelings are valid as long as we process and let go of them. Is there anyone who has creative ideas to plan own birthdays as an adult? I am thinking I will start planning my own birthdays in coming years so make them enjoyable!!
