Hey, I'm S. I like Radiohead, and performing music is my favourite thing to do.
I guess I'm here to really find what it is that I'm struggling with - it feels like everything I care about is drifting away, and I can't find the motivation to try to get them back.
Once I find what's making me feel so sad, I'll hopefully beat it and move on with my life. I'm just here to learn, and to grow.

...See more Hi all, I made this so people can share how they cope with their depression. It might help some people feel better in the midst of the dreariness. I like to listen to music - mostly acoustic music like Nick Mulvey and Ben Howard. I find it gives me some peace of mind. I also like to envision the future - often when I'm having a really bad episode, I kind of forget that there is a future. So if I think about my future job, family, etc. it kind of comforts me in a way and reminds me that I can get through anything. Share your coping methods below - big or small. xoxo -S

I'm proud of myself because I messaged one of my friends - I haven't been feeling good lately and have basically cut myself off from everyone who cares about me.
