A fellow wounded warrior here.

I’m a mother of 2 who has experienced life in a way no others should. With that being said I am growing to understand that there are many out there who have endured the same challenges. I have joined 7 cups in hopes to seek healing and also provide healing for those in need.

I am a bi sexual survivor of rape both experienced in adolescence and adulthood. I have attempted suicide and have been blessed with a second chance. I have survived domestic violence in both my upbringing within family and in relationships. I am diagnosed PTSD, ADHD, and I have Depression & Anxiety. 

I say these things not for pity but so that those who need to hear it, know that I am here too.
