I am here most days for 1-2 hours a day, however I am also available to schedual chats if you need. 

I am a mum of 3, I have experience with anxiety, depression, single parenthood, domestic abuse, child abuse, sexual abuse, and bullying.

She's an integral part of my support network. Always here when I need her most :) she always comforts me, works with me on strategies. We can go ages without chatting because what we plan is successful and I feel good but when it comes to the next step she never forgot any details and it was like we never stopped speaking.
