depression slumps

...See more hi all i hope life is treating you well! i am currently struggling with a depression slump :( i call it my depression cave. most times it last a few weeks which is scary long. it starts when i start to feel down or something happens. i struggle to get our of it and thats why they last so long. usually when im in my depression cave i sleep and sulk. does this happen to anyone else? it is so hard on my body and my mind but it also is so nice not to deal with the world and stay in bed and sleep all day for weeks. i don't have very many friends which is hard but im always looking for new ones! im a really interesting and fun person to get to know even though most of my life is in my bed. if you have any advice or have something for my situation or even just want to be my friend please pm i hope yall have a good night ❤
