Things to help me stay present! Accomplished!

...See more I found out that grounding is helping me with my ADHD as well . . . it helps me stay present with my Square breathings, somatic tapping my collar bone, how I feel the vibration or thump go through me. Counting with each one, varying the strength of it . . . it helps ground me and helps me in the middle of a task . . . . Really wish I had realized that earlier while doing a rush last minute assignment earlier! lol But also, I can make drinking water a mindfulness practice. Steady, not rushed, at eased drinkings in short sips. I  . . .hope these help everyone. I'm still unmedicated, still learning and getting books to help me 'therapy' myself. One thing I'm starting to understand is it's going to be a process . . .but each step is a process  in victory. ;w;

...See more Hi . . . . . That is all ;w; I'm trying to accomplish my schooling, tackling how my adhd has contributed to my anxiety and maybe depression, and reparent myself. Adhd with no meds or doctors, I can take all the advice coming in these next few weeeks. THank you so much.
