...See more I feel like crying because I am very afraid and paranoid. I tried to talk to someone about it but by the time they replied I am suddenly "fine"; it's as if I wasn't panicking and over thinking less than 10 minutes ago. As great as that is, I know that it's not normal. I bounced back as if nothing happened but I know that it's probably just my mind sweeping everything under the refrigerator. I also feel bad because I tried to message people I trust but by the time they replied I'm already "fine" right so now i don't know what to say and I feel really bad for bothering them. I also don't know how to talk to people because I really want to do it and talk to someone I trust but at the same time I feel like i'm bothering them / i know they don't deserve to have my weird thoughts dumped at them. sorry for my english i just gave up
