...See more I've been feeling more worthless compared other people and it has been disturbing me a lot at my relationships and career. I look shy (appologize/thank people a lot), people pleaser and fake in the way of trying to connect with people and in the process i become overwhelmed and stressed. I can't keep closep with people especially if i want us to become long term friends. I have a fear that i let people down and they get disappointed in me. I am an overachiever in general but in last years i've become less focused and passive. I start overthinking a lot and I almost stopped talking and interacting people science high school (except my family). Whenever i talk and try it to sound important my voice gets down and shy. In collage i tried my best to make friends and feel less lonely. I also discovered that for me it takes a lot to trust someone. Whenever i heard mean jokes i would thought it was about me when it clearly was not. I'm a highly sensitive person and care a lot. Rarely i even have difficulties to communicate with my family, but trying to open up with them at least. Any advice or technique how to overcome it?
