...See more I'm a hypochondriac and almost every I have a symptom (a pain, a tingling, a rash, etc.) I feel compelled to tell someone or ask someone about it. It's like I literally need validation that I'm not dying and no, I don't need to seek medical help. Logically, I know that I'm not denying myself necessary aid, but it's hard to curb the urge to talk about it. Does anyone else have this problem?
