I love my dog! I enjoy sci-fi like Stargate, Star Trek etc. I play a fair amount of video games.

I am a gay male in my late 40's. I struggle with anxiety, depression, PTSD, and some other stuff mixed in for fun. I work way too much and this is a source of a lot of my stress. I like to use 7 Cups: as a touchstone, for support, and too escape a bit.

In the chat rooms, I may seem jovial by cracking jokes, puns and one-liners. This is just my method of escaping my own reality for a bit. I don't have the opportunity to do this elsewhere in my life. I am never happy, rarely content and just generally in full-blown panic mode or severe depression. (Wow, I sound like a blast to be around.)
