...See more My anxiety has been getting worse lately, and I'm scared it will ruin my relationship. I have many coping mechanisms and been to therapy, I know what to do but it doesn't seem to help right now. Also, I was so desperate to talk to someone who would be willing to listen so I downloaded this app and the first person I talk to here (a verified listener??) sends me pics of himself shirtless. Honestly what the hell? Didn't help with my anxiety, now I'm anxious AND feeling violated and pissed off. Cool stuff.
