...See more I have a lot of social anxiety because I feel like everyone I meet treats me like I'm an idiot or a moron. I feel inferior to others and fear other people's judgment because I'm not sucessful or smart like they are. I don't want to go therapy because I fear that what I say there will not remain confidential. I know this is irrational, but I cannot seem to get over my fear. Does anyone have any advice for me?
