Welcome to my page! I'm currently only taking PMs. I try to be on as much as I can but I have many outside committments that prevent me from being active. I was formly a group mod, Listener Community Room mod, and peer supporter.

7cups listeners are always here to listen and support you. However, we are not a crisis resource and are not trained to handle chats such as suicide or suicide ideation. We care about you and want you to recieve the best support. I highly encourage you to contact a crisis resource. It's free and confidendetial and will not show up on the bill.
We also are not counselors, psychologists, social workers, etc. We are only volunteers who are taking the time out of our day to listen please be mindful of this.
