...See more When people recognize their feelings and feel sad, deeply sad and they know why they do, it is absolutely a blessing that you have a reason This is way better from having the same feeling and you don't really know why it comes. What happened? Why you are so scared?! Still we all have reasons even if we didn't know about it. And sometimes we are just ourselves victims. When you don't really stand up and help yourself and start taking steps to get better and leave sadness eats your soul. you're victim of yourself! This is a message for whoever can feel the same. You're not alone. There are many who know exactly how do you feel. And I know you have a lot of "friends" but none of them can truly listen and support the way you need. You're not alone. We are together in this <3
