...See more Hey everyone , i'm new here.....um....i have 17 years and i had an panic attack during my french class ,my heart start beating so fast that i think will go out of my chest and my hands start shaking i was friking out because i don't know what to do i was so scared.What should i do to calm myself next time when i have a panic attack during my class ??
