Has anyone experience with sunday anxiety?

...See more I am suffering from sunday anxiety for 10+ years but even with extensive therapy and meds, I still suddenly get severe anxiety, struggle to breathe and have massive pressure in my stomach and heart area. Also I feel like I am totally in freeze response. There is history with bullying in school back then and also school anxiety in general with big maths and not being able to do my homework issues. I really hope in case you have ever dealt with sunday anxiety and has tipps for me on how to deal with it :)

...See more Hi, I am 27 F and I have had Phasen of anxiety and depression for 10 years now. Recently I decided I had enough and want to do everything in my Power to life a happy life. If course I know it's a Marathon and not a Sprint so I am still struggeling but it's ok... one step at a time

...See more Hello there, I am female 27 years and had episodes of heavy, middle and mild depression for the last 10 years. I decided I have enough now and I owe it to myself to make the best of my life. I will take responsibility for myself and stick to a daily routine. 1. Take 3 Steps in my 7 cups path 2. Write diary 3. Do martial arts (1-2x a week) 4. Think of 3 things I am grateful for 5. Go psychotherapy once a week 6. Meditate each day (journey to lightplace with positive affirmations) I hope anyone reads this so I have witnesses to my decision and maybe you can try to use this for yourself somehow
