...See more I looked into this a month ago but this is the first time for me to really start using it. You can call me Santana and I'll be 24 in a couple months. I really started to struggle once I started college and a saw a therapist for a couple years. I have never been diagnosed by a doctor but I know I have depression and anxiety, and probably some OCD. Five years ago I tried to commit suicide a few times due to a girl that was my 'friend' said I was the center of her problems, and that is when I started going to therapy until my counselor moved away. I tried finding another one, but she and I did not click. She made it seem that she was in it for the money and not to help people. Well, now I work at the same preschool the 'friend' does. At first it was okay but these last few months I've been seeing more of her and it's ruining my day and I just feel angry and irritable. Even though she acts nice at work, it's still a struggle to look past what she said 5 years ago. I guess I just need someone to listen and help me through all the things I'm going through because this is only the beginning. That's why I found this in the first place, I wanted someone new that doesn't know everything, maybe for a different perspective. I've always been an optimistic person but my panic attacks are coming back and I haven't had one in 4 years so it's hard to look at the bright side when my head is feels with doubt and darkness.
