...See more constant what ifs are running through my brain right now. I’m in a relationship of almost 2 years. I love him he loves me we are very healthy and supportive. But before dating he used to be a player as some may say. Many girls wanted him and he wanted many girls. Things have of course changed. but why can’t my mind settle and move on? why am i so scared of getting cheated on? he’s so good to me. why am i scared he’s betraying me? how can i fix it? i’ve tried it all.

...See more i don’t feel like myself anymore. my anxiety is making me think negatively about everything and i used to be so positive and bubbly. i don’t feel like myself at all and it makes me so scared i just want to feel like me again but i don’t know how.
