...See more I had been clean for more than 4 years but I recently broke up from a 4 year relationship and I self harmed by scratching myself twice last month. There were multiple triggers and urges later this month but I've tried to distract myself and cope with it by squishing a soft toy and deep breathing. I hope I don't self harm in the coming near future. (Writing, scribbling, drawing and journalling are few coping mechanisms and the immediate ones are squishing a soft toy and deep breathing that worked for me)
Advice?
