Anxious Mess

...See more I've got myself into a mess of things and it has my anxiety through the roof. I can't get myself under control. I'm feeling like I could just take off running as fast as I can and never stop. I feel like I need to escape myself. It's a long story, but I messed up pretty bad. I'm feeling overwhelming guilt, shame, confusion, and fear of the outcome. I need to get it out but I can't talk to the people around me. My thoughts, feelings, and confessions will hurt them. I'm not in crisis, so this doesn't warrant a call to the crisis team. I won't see my therapist again until the end of the week. I won't make it that long. I feel like my mind is going to explode with all the racing thoughts. I can't focus on anything. I'm all over the place. I hate anxiety.
