...See more So I’m new to online therapy. I’m just not sure how this whole app works. The limited and very sporadic response time from the therapist I’m paying for monthly confuses me. Isn’t therapy supposed to be for an hour? I get a few moments with this person then poof! gone. I just need help understanding how this whole thing is supposed to work I suppose
