Can't seem to feel better

...See more My boyfriend of a couple years broke up with me about a month ago. We work together. He gave a lot of reasons, mostly things that I did wrong and said that our values didn't match. It really devastated me, most of things he listed I was trying really hard to do well at or were things I told him I struggled with from the very beginning (and he said he was okay with it back then). I fell so hard for him, he became my best friend and I thought I'd spend the rest of my life with him. He seems really happy since we broke up and it feels like I meant nothing to him. My confidence is absolutely shattered. I know I should be trying to move on but it's getting worse instead of better. I'm more depressed all the time. I don't have any close friends and no one to talk to. I spend almost all my time alone. I'm glad that he's happier this way, all I ever wanted was for him to be happy but it really hurts at the same time. I don't know how to move on or start to feel better. I have trouble even getting out of bed and I don't want to feel like this anymore.
