...See more I wish my mom understood I have some major life skills deficits, which is normal for autism, but she’s always yelling at me, telling me I need to grow up and act my age. today I was having sensory overload and she scolded me for “putting my hands over my ears like a weirdo”

...See more I don’t really know where to start i I feel like I’m losing my mind. I’m not myself anymore. My friends say I’m not myself anymore. I got a bad evaluation at work at a job I’ve been doing well at for years. my coworker/friend told me I’ve “just been off” since the incident happened. It’s still fresh, only a month ago. I just don’t know how long itll take for me to be…me again.

...See more I’m going to try to keep a long story short to protect my own privacy and the privacy of others involved. i faced major trauma at work. I’ve had a week off but i return to work tomorrow morning and im torn up inside. Quitting isn’t really an option as there aren’t really many job openings in my profession close to where I am and I’m struggling financially as it is. I feel like I’m going to throw up at any moment and I don’t know what to do. This is more of a rant than anything.
