I am trained in active listening, I will empathize with you and help you to analyse your feelings. But you are your own expert, hence I may not be able to provide solutions because it may not be helpful for you. Requesting for your kind understanding.

1. To provide utmost quality from my side as 7cups listener, I take one chat request at a time only, based on first come first serve basis. If I do not respond to your chat request within 3 minutes, I hope you could find another listener who could attend to you immediately. 2. I do not accept casual chats because I believe that same time could be utilised to help someone really in need of mental support.
