Going through heartache for the very first time, and learning how to cope. I kind of developed depression and anxiety (in the form of anxiety attacks) because of my relationship with my ex and a whole mix of other stressors. I'm trying my best to cope and overcome them. Hopefully I can become a nurse one day to really help people, but for now, I learned about sites like 7Cups through my time in a nursing program. I enjoy listening and I try to give advice as best as I can.
