...See more I sometimes feel that anxiety stops me from actually living life i feel like im constatly consumed by my thoughts no matter how hard i try and stop thinking, i find it so hard to concentrate on anything because im always of in la la land with my thoughts it so exhausting!!! And it leaves me with zero energy!
