Moving Backwards

...See more Lately it feels like I've moved way backwards.  For a while my anxiety had become more manageable, and it didn't feel like I was nearly as stressed, or as sensitive to changes, events, etc.  Since I've started college, I've definitely been more stressed, but in the past few weeks, I'm back to where I was years ago, when I was in Elementary school.  I cry myself to sleep worrying about death, or the end of the world, and I haven't done that in close to 10 years.  I get overstimulated really easily now, and I've even been lashing out, which I've never done before.  I have a stomach ache because my friend invited me to a birthday party, even though I want to go.  Most of the time it seems like I'm jittery and worried for no reason.  I can usually pinpoint something that's causing it, but with this I don't even know why I'm stressed out.   I've been trying to manage it as best as I can, with decent sleep, lower expectations for daily tasks, exercise, not overdoing caffeine or sugar, but it's not enough.  If anyone has any suggestions, I'd love to hear them. (No therapy, can't afford)
