...See more i told my mom about my panic attack and she just asked how it felt. i told her and she just said "ok" and went to bed. so basically she didn't care. i told her how it felt and that it lasted for two hours. i think she did not care or she did not believe me

...See more I had my first panic attack a couple of days ago and it lasted for 2 hours I'm 14 and I don't know if I should tell my mom that I had one because its not like she can do anything about it. My mom was asleep way before it happened because it happened around 12 Am and there was absolutely no reason at all that I can think of for it to happen
