...See more Iam not gaining weight but Iam not loosing weight either. My diet is really clean. I am suffering monumental amounts of stress. Its so bad I became deppressed. I havent lost any weight in three months . I want to do more intense exercises but Iam struggling with lethargy. Even if I do intense workouts I do not loose weight, any advice ?? My period is also really late every month.. the stress is really messing with me and I can not address it right now .

...See more I suffer from pmdd. Some of the symptoms of pmdd are deppression, illogical thinking, suicidal ideaology. I have a lot of great treatments for pmdd. I have so much stress that nothing works. I have a pit in my stomach. Iam on day two of St. Johns wart.
