...See more Hey everyone, I just found this side because I was looking for some community support (I've already got a therapist but anyway). My partner is in a very heavy episode of depression and I don't know what to do. His therapy won't start for a few more weeks and our relationship is on edge because I don't feel seen or heard by him. Has anyone here been in this situatuon? I feel so helpless...
