Bio
Hello!
My name is Patricia and I am an educator, communicator and human rights specialist.
All my life I have been very interested in psychology and how the brain works. After studying what I liked, being with the people I believed benefited me and making the decisions that “ I had to”sometimes, there came a time when I knew that something was wrong: I forgot about myself. I grew up feeling alone and with no one to turn to when I had serious problems. If I said “I don't feel well” the answer was aspirin or chamomile. And the worst thing is that I had gotten used to it all. It was the norm. But being unwell is never normal.
Until I got older and became a mother myself, I understood that “feeling bad” had many more meanings. I began to go to therapy and to understand myself and best of all to love myself in a way that no one had ever taught me. And I could never have imagined that I deserved so much love.
So now I would love to help you realize how important you are and how much you deserve to be happy. It took me some time but now I know that no one is alone and that you can always find the solution if you know how and where to look for it.
You are worth it.
