...See more I need help. Is there any courses/ guide on basic communication or at least how to express oneself? I realize that most of my anxious thoughts can be solved if I know what to say. Like literally. I have trouble continuing a convo even when I am interested. I also don't know how to respond most of the time. English is not my first language, but I feel more comfortable with English rather than my first language for various reason I have to omit or this thread will become too long. In short the only thing I'm better in my first language is speaking nonsense like haha wow or really. Even though my grammar is obviously not perfect, but in my first language it is even worse. I will really appreciate it if anyone has any tips.
