How do you make new friends/branch out with your anxiety?

...See more I have realized I am becoming a bit of a hermit lately. I am very introverted and shy, as well as anxious.. I find it hard to put myself out there and meet new people/friends due to my anxiety and also some trauma issues. I am wondering what y'all do to break down this anxiety? Where do you go to meet new people? How can you set healthy boundaries for yourself when making new friends? What boundaries do you initially set? Thank u!! :)
