Hello 7 Cups my name is Zai. 

Lots of therapists have a story and alot of them are life changing in there own way. For me my dad died when I was young I had to handle depression while tackling my teen life. Realizing the impact grief had on me had convinced me I wanted to help people in my own way. It wasn't till I was 18 sitting in my therapist's office realizing how bad of a therapist it was that made me wanna change that. So here I am going into my 7th year of being a therapist.
