...See more Tomorrow is the one year anniversary from when I was raped by my boss. During this past year, I broke up with my partner of 5 years while on a self-destructive path I could not see. We are, luckily, back together and working through things, but I developed very irritable and aggressive behavior towards him - that began to affect his mental health. Thanks to this site and other resources, I see myself on the path to fixing my maladaptive strategies and moving forward with my life. I feel like I need to do something tomorrow. It's not just any other day - but I don't know what would be appropriate. Does anyone have any suggestions?
