Hi, I’m Anoushka. I’m here because I genuinely want to help people in the best way I can. As an undergraduate psychology student, I’ve always been drawn to understanding the mind and heart, and not too long ago, I went through a challenging time myself. During that period, I felt like my presence didn’t matter, and it was that experience that made me want to be there for others who might feel the same.
