...See more Hi everyone. Hope you’re all well. To start on a positive note I had a nice weekend, went out with friends and I had a good day at work today 😊👍🏻 I’m struggling with low mood now though. Any tips for trying to keep mood more stable? Anything that anyone finds helpful for low mood?

...See more I went out tonight with work for the first time in a few years. I have social anxiety and I lost my confidence to go out. I really enjoyed it and we had a good laugh. It was a bit challenging because it was very noisy and I did feel a bit panicky and disorientated at times but I done it and I enjoyed myself :) My phone was going flat which luckily didn’t panic me too much :)

...See more Hi, I’m new here. I’m looking for people who I can connect with on my healing journey after I was sexually assaulted. I finally got help for what happened to me and I told my mum and my partner about it as well. I’m not embarrassed or ashamed anymore but I don’t really talk about it much and sometimes I just want to celebrate the good days and have a bit of support for the challenges :) Also apologies if I have posted this in the wrong place, I’m still getting used to the app! 😄👍🏻
