...See more Hi everybody i am new to this forum I have been falsely accused of shouting at my cousins child they have everybody turned against saying i have mental health issues.  I work with children in a school with educational needs . i am trained i know how to talk to children . i am a calm person. i have no mental health issues . i have been to a counselor about anxiety i have no angrier issues. I don't know what to do. family are bad mouthing me behind my back

...See more I have been having anxiety attacks for weeks making stupid deacisions and lieing. I feel so bad it's not like me to make stupid mistakes and lieing. I feel like i have no control what I am doing. I have become very emotional crying alot. I pray for the people I have lied to. I am going to confessions today
