Hello I'm glad yiu found me on 7 cups of tea I love tea :) I'm a social care worker , have suffered from anxiety GAD , I've had a emotionally abusive relationship which I walked away from so I understand the effects , I can also give yiu a lot of advice on controlling anxiety, building self esteem , how ever I have an honest direct approach and you must me honest with yourself too. , I now the effect bullying can have on a person too , I have lived it , so I will be very good at understanding your point of view , be yourself learn about yourself ,
