...See more Hi, I'm new to posting here, but I've been a member for a while. I just need some tips on how to ask to see a doctor and get help with my depression. I've done a lot of research on depression so I could be sure that what I'm feeling matches up and it does, but I feel like if I ask my guardians about it they'll look down on me I just don't know how to really start the conversation either. Any tips would be helpful. Thank you all, much love
